The Trust is dedicated to delivering a variety of community services to the people of Luton and Bedfordshire, using the power of football to make a positive impact in sports participation, education, health, and social cohesion.
Our programmes span a wide range – from football and health and wellbeing to education, qualifications, disability support, and social inclusion – helping people raise their aspirations and achieve their full potential.
At Luton Town FC Community Trust, we believe football is for everyone, regardless of age, ability, or background. From Skills Performance Centres and holiday soccer camps to walking football and adult disability teams, we offer football sessions for all.
Our coaches work across Luton and Bedfordshire to support the health and wellbeing of people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. In partnership with local authorities, the NHS, and third-sector organisations, we run a range of targeted health projects and initiatives across the county.
Over 100 schools in Luton and Bedfordshire benefit from our schools programme, which uses football-themed lessons to engage young people in areas such as numeracy and literacy. We also offer PE support for staff, health-focused programmes, and after-school clubs.
Our social projects are designed to support marginalised or disadvantaged groups, especially teenagers and young men at risk of offending or involved in youth gangs and violence. We also run initiatives to encourage community cohesion among diverse ethnic groups within our community.
